摘要
目的 :观察胎盘血治疗实体瘤化疗后引起的白细胞减少症的疗效。方法 :按一次性塑料采血袋采血法采胎盘血 ,放、化疗后 WBC计数较放、化疗前下降 1.5× 10 9/ L 时开始输注胎盘血 2～ 3单位 ,对照组应用一般的升白细胞药物。观察两组病人白细胞变化情况。结果 :治疗组与对照组白细胞的平均值有显著性差异 ,后者较前者明显下降 ,同时治疗组的白细胞回升也显著快于对照组。结论 :胎盘血使用安全 ,可提高白细胞活力和数量 ,具有特殊的应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of placental blood in treating with leukopenia.Methods:2~3doses placental blood were infused to patients when their WBC reduced to 1.5×10+9/L after radiotherapy and chemotherapy while control group received common drugs of promoting leukocyte.Result:There was significant difference between the treat group and the control group in average value of WBC.The latter decreased more obviously than the former. Meanwhile,the WBC of the treat group rose more quickly than that of the control group.Conclusion:placental blood can be used safely and enhance the number and vigor of leukocyte.
