摘要
目的 研究 4 -硒硫酸酯多糖体外给药对人肝癌细胞Bel 74 0 2DNA、RNA及蛋白质的抑制作用。方法 肿瘤细胞与不同浓度的药物培养 2 4h后 ,用同位素掺入实验 ,观察药物对肿瘤细胞DNA、RNA及蛋白质合成的影响。结果 4 -硒硫酸酯多糖可抑制肿瘤细胞DNA、RNA及蛋白质合成。结论 4 -硒硫酸酯多糖对瘤细胞生长的抑制作用 ,可能与抑制瘤细胞DNA。
Objective To study inhibitory effects of Se-carra on DNA,RNA and protein synthesis of human hepatocarcinoma cells Bel/7402 in vitro Methods tumor cells were cultured for 24h with different drug densities Inhibitory effects of Se-carra on DNA,RNA and protein synthesis of tumor cells were observed by isotope incorporation experiment Results the results showed that Se-carra could inhibit the DNA,RNA and protein synthesis of the human hepatic carcinoma cell Lines Bel/7402,and its action of interfereing with DNA synthesis was the best Conclusion the results indicated that Se-carra has obviously depressing effects on DNA synthesis of liver cancer cells in vitro It is probable that these effects are related to antineoplastic activity
