摘要
本文介绍了一种高精度非接触CCD测径仪的原理、硬件结构及软件设计思想,它能对各种动态线材作在线尺寸检测。该测量仪采用CCD作为图象传感器,用定标的方法消除系统误差。硬件包括信号模拟处理电路,以8031单片机为核心的数据采集电路和IBMPC或其兼容机(以下简称PC机)系统。在定标软件中采用了多项式线性回归算法。
In this paper we describe a high accuracy non-contact measurement equipment,its principle, hardware structure and idea for software design, for on-line measurement of cross-section dimensions of various moving bars. The equipment uses CCD as image sensor, excludes system errors with calibration. The hardware includes signal processing analogue circuit,data collecting circuit and personal computer system. Multivariate linear regression algorithm is used in calibration software design.
