摘要
本文采用CCD器件和高速数据采集电路实现了位移振动过程的实时测量系统。通过实验证明该系统性能稳定、成本低。
In the paper,a real time measureing system on displacement in the process of high frequency vibration is suggested,in which a CCD device and a high speed data gathering circuit are uaed It is proved that the system has the advantage of high stability,low cost and convenience in use
