摘要
提出一种新的非接触式动态测量金属线材直径方法。理论分析表明 ,当采用后向测量时 ,利用金属表面对光的反射定律以及傅立叶变换原理 ,可以得到正比于被测线材支径的光强 ,避免了前向测量时边缘检测的烦琐处理 ,并且可以消除线材振动的影响。本方法还可以摆脱前向测量法必须把被测物体放在测量装置之间的限制。初步的实验表明 ,该方法有可能为金属线材的在线动态测量提供一种迅速。
A new non contact method for dynamic measuring the diameter of wire rod is presented.When using backward measurement scheme,according to the renection law of light from metal surface and the theory of Fourier transform,it was proved that the light intensity is proportional to the diameter of wire rod.Using this method,complex data process as needed in forward measuremnet can be avoided,and the influence of the wire rod vibration can be eliminated.In addition,the limitation that detected object must be put between the measurement apparatus was removed.By primary experiment,it might be concluded that this method can enable a simple and quick way for diameter measurement of metal wire rod on product line.
