新选育的糙皮侧耳菌株烟PL - 19属于早熟型品种。该菌株菌丝在 2～ 37℃温度范围内均能生长 ,菌丝生长适温为 18～ 30℃ ,最适温度为 2 5～ 2 7℃。在棉籽壳发酵料培养基上 ,菌丝粗壮、洁白、整齐 ,爬壁力强 ,满袋天数为 2 1d± 1d。经推广栽培证明 ,PL -
It was proved that the newly selected P.ostreastus strain Yan PL-19 was an early maturing strain, and that its mycelia could grow at 2～37℃, the suitable temperature for its mycelial growth was 18～30℃ and the optimum temperature was 25～27℃. Its mycelia were robust, regular and pure white with strong vigour on the fermented cotton seed hull compost. It took only 21d±1d for its mycelia to fill the culture bottle. Extensive cultivation had proved that PL-19 was a superior strain with excellent quality and high yield.
