摘要
研究了不同浓度壳寡糖对平菇菌种萌发时间和菌丝生长速度的影响。研究结果表明:对于萌发时间,10-4g/ml处理组抑制了菌种的萌发,且与对照组存在显著差异。10-5g/ml,10-6g/ml处理组促进了菌种的萌发,且10-6g/ml与对照组存在极显著差异。对于菌丝生长速度,10-4g/ml处理组与对照组不存在显著差异,10-5g/ml,10-6g/ml处理组明显促进了菌丝的生长。
Influences of the Chitosan oligosaccharide of different concentration on the sprouting time and the mycelium growth rate of liquid spawn of Pleurotus Ostreatus were studied. Result: for the sprouting time, the group of 10^-4 g/ml inhibited the sprouting time of Pleurotus Ostreatus, and had a significant difference compared to the contrast. The group of 10^-5 g/ml, 10^-6 g/ml promoted the sprouting time of Pleurotus Ostreatus and the group of 10^-6g/ml had an extremely significant difference. For the mycelium growth, the group of 10^-4 g/ml had no difference compared to the contrast, the group of 10^-5 g/ml, 10^-6 g/ml promoted the mycelium growth obviously.
