摘要 本文研究了热处理对化学镀镍硼合金层耐磨性的影响及其磨损机理。结果表明:镀层经500℃×2h热处理;硬度和韧性达良好配合时,耐磨性最好。低于400℃热处理后,镀层硬度高、脆性大,磨损机理为剥落和磨粒磨损。大于600℃热处理,镀层硬度较低,为粘着和磨粒磨损。加热温度为500℃左右时,为单一的磨粒磨损。 The effects of heat treatment on wear resistance of electroless Ni-B alloy coating and its wear mechanism were studied in this paper. The results show that when the coating hardness gives a good fit to its toughness, the optimum wear resistance is acquired at 500℃ for two hours. The wear mechanism of coating is peeling and abrasive wear after heated below 400℃ owing to the high hardness and brittleness. As the coating is heated above 600℃, having lower hardness, the adhesive and abrasive wear occur. The abrasive wear will occur alone at about 500℃
