摘要
从镍磷化学镀镀层微观结构分析入手,深入研究镀层的强度、硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性、可焊性、结合力等,提供必要的实验数据和事实,说明镍磷化学镀镀层以优良的性能获得越来越广泛的应用前景。
In reference to the micro structure analysis on the electroless Ni -P plating, the strength, hardness, wearing resistance, anti-corrosi-on, weldability and adhesion etc. of the plating have been further studied. The necessory experimental data and results are supplied, indicating that electroless Ni-P plating is getting more and more widely used due to its excellent performance.
