用新城疫 (ND)油佐剂灭活疫苗以 1mL/只注射鸽子 ,试验鸽无不良反应 ;以 0 1mL/只免疫鸽子后 ,试验鸽在 2 4天时HI水平从免疫前的 0上升到 2 7 3 ,经ND标准强毒攻击 ,免疫鸽获 6
No abnormal signs were observed on the pigeon injected with 1mL of oil adjuvant inactivated vaccine.The pigeon injected with 0.1mL of oil adjuvant inactivated vaccine induced the hemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody level to ND from 0 to 2 7.3 in the following 24 days;all immune pigeons(6/6)were protected when challenged with highly virulent NDV.
