摘要
利用不同浓度的鸽新城疫病毒 (NDV) PB960 1株在不同日龄的鸡胚上繁殖 ,观察鸡胚的死亡时间、尿囊液的收获量 ,并分别测定尿囊液中 HA滴度和 ELD50 值。比较结果表明 ,以 1∶ 50 0稀释液 0 .1 ml接种 9日龄 SPF鸡胚或 1∶ 1 0 0稀释液 0 .1 ml接种 1 0日龄胚产毒量最高。
The Pigeon Newcastle disease virus(NDV) yields were compared in chicken embryo inoculated with different viral doses and at different ages of the embryo based on harvested volume of allantoids and virus titers in HA and ELD 50 .The results indicated that the highest virus production were abstained in SPF embryo inoculated with 1∶500 virus stock at 9 day of ages or inoculated with 1∶100 at 10 day.
