鸽新城疫油佐剂灭活苗的研制与应用 被引量:6

Application and development of oil-adjuvant inactivated vaccine against pigeons with Newcastle Disease

摘要 利用当地分离的鸽新城疫病毒研制出鸽新城疫油佐剂灭活苗,疫苗接种试验鸽无不良反应,实验室小批试验免疫后20 d抗体水平达到高峰,强毒攻击的保护率为100%,抗体水平在5 log2以上可维持120 d以上,表明初步研制的鸽新城疫病毒油佐剂灭活苗可使鸽产生较高水平的抗体,有较长的免疫持续期。为保证疫苗免疫持续期达到6个月以上和油佐剂灭活苗的稳定性,工厂化生产中增加了疫苗中的抗原含量,同时改进了制苗工艺。35日龄的童鸽,按照传统习惯在断乳后仅免疫一次,鸽群免疫后180 d抗体水平仍然在7 log2以上。大量的田间试用,效果理想,对鸽新城疫的防制起到了免疫预防的作用。 Oil- adjuvant inactivated vaccine against pigeons with Newcastle Disease was developed by using local strain of pigeon Newcastle Disease virus. The result of lab test showed that the vaccine had no side effect after inoculating on trial pigeons. The level of its antibody reached the peak at 20 days after vaccination and its protection rate was 100% when immune pigeons were challenged with the local virus. It still kept the level of antibody over 5 loga after vaccination of 120 days. These results showed that the oil - adjuvant inactivated vaccine could make pigeons produce the relevant antibody with higher level and also kept immune efficaeity for longer time. In order to ensure the continuous time of vaccine immunity to reach over 6 months and the stability of vaccine to be better, the antigen content of vaccine was increased in production of normal factory and the preparation technics was improved at the same time. Pigeons with 35 days old were only inoculated for one time after ablactation. It still kept the level of antibody over 7 loga after vaccination of 180 days. The result of field test showed that the effect of immunity prevention on pigeon with Newcastle Disease was remarkable.
