采用新工艺制成的 1种新型 WC钢结硬质合金 ,经分析 ,其组织致密 ,宏观缺陷少 ,硬质相分布均匀。经不同工艺进行淬、回火 ,结果表明 :1 1 50℃加热淬火 + 1 50℃×
A new kind of steel bonded carbide made by a new process has high density little macodefeet and distrubuted hard grain.Vairous quenched and tempered have been down.The result show that the quenehed at 1150℃ and temperded at 1150℃×3h is the optimum process.
