摘要
详细叙述了GW30钢结硬质合金粉末渗工艺、渗层的组织结构、相结构及硬度探讨了硬质相WC粒子的分布状态对渗硼的影响。首次运用了我校研制的图片处理仪,分析了硼化物与大的WC粒子的相互作用。
This paper deals in detail with ponder boronization process, boronized layer microstructure, phase structure and hardness of GW30 steel-bonded carbide. Effects of hard phase distribution in the alloy on boronization has been studied. Interaction of boride and WC coarse grain has been analysed by the university-made Black-and-White Photo Colouring Treater
