摘要
硬质合金经过真空热处理可改善其综合力学性能,使韧性和耐磨性显著提高,如经真空烧结后淬火回火处理的YKR4硬质合金钻头与真空烧结态的YG11合金钻头相比,在相同条件下钻井时,可提高使用寿命6.8倍.实践证明,真空热处理的硬质合金有明显的强韧化效果.
The mechanical properties of carbide alloy can be improved by means of direct vacuum quenching and tempering after vacuum sintering,the toughness and wear resistance are increased remarkably.Comparison with single vacuum sintering,the service life of drilling bits or drilling depth is increased by 6.8 times under the same working conditions.It is shown that vacuum heat treatment for the carbide alloy has an obviously strengthening and toughening effect.
