摘要
进行了直流和脉冲电流铜沉积实验 ,分析了沉积层微结构和电铸层性能 ,并安排了放电加工试验。结果表明 ,采用脉冲电流可以使电沉积层的某些性能得到改善。当电铸层作为电火花加工电极时 ,脉冲电流电铸可以降低电极损耗率。
Experiments on copper electroforming have been conducted. Effects of pulse and direct current on the microstructure and the spark erosion resistance of electrochemical deposit layer as EDM tool were investigated. Experimental results indicate that pulse current causes denser deposit, which leads to the decrease of EDM tool wear ratio.
