摘要
研究了Ni-Co电铸溶液中的各种成分及工艺参数的选择。研究、探讨了Ni-Co电铸溶液中各成分、工艺参数及热处理温度对Ni-Co电铸层内应力、硬度、抗拉强度及延伸率的影响,介绍了Ni-Co电铸工艺可能应用的领域。Ni-Co电铸工艺及Ni-Co电铸层的机械性能,其中硬度值HV≥752,抗拉强度≥1533N/mm^2,延伸率(%)≥2.8,杯突值≥4.3mm。
The choices of components and technological parameters of electroforming solution have been studed. The effect of the component. technological parameters and heat treatment temperature of Ni-Co electroforming solution on the internal stress, hardness, tensile strengh and elongation has been investigated and discussed. The possible applied field of Ni-Co electroforming method has been pointed out. At last, the Ni-Co electroforming method and the mechanical properies of Ni—Co electroformed have been given as hardness ≥752 HV, tensile strengh ≥1533 N/mm.elongation(%) ≥2. 8 and evichsen number≥4. 3mm.
