摘要
基于氢致裂纹扩展的氢增塑性理论 ,提出一种氢致裂纹扩展的分形模型 ,并根据分形几何理论 ,建立了金属在氢环境下广义有效表面能Γ(H)与分形维数D以及氢致裂纹扩展应力强度因子KIH的关系 ,从而得到D与KISCC的关系 ,并进行实验验证 。
Based on the theory of hydrogen enhanced local plasticity of the hydrogen induced cracking,the paper presents a fractal model of hydrogen induced cracking,and sets up a relation among the effective surface energy Γ(H) ,fractal dimension D and stress intensity factor of hydrogen induced cracking K IH under hydrogen environment.The relationship of D and K ISCC is obtained.The model is verified by experiment,and it showed that the method is reliable.
