本文在分析湿H2 S环境中氢致裂纹扩展动力学控制过程机理基础上 ,采用Gerberich的模型推导了 16MnR、15MnNbR、0 7MnCrMoVR三种材料以扩散为主导过程的裂纹平台扩展速率da/dt估算表达式 ,用WOL试样的试验结果对估算值进行了验证 ,并对常温下不同浓度的湿H2
In this paper the estimation expressions for diffusion-dominated crack propagation rates at plateau of the three materials 16MnR, 15MnNbR and 07MnCrMoVR are derived using Gerberich model based on dynamic control process mechanism of hydrogen-induced crack propagation rate in wet H 2S environment and the estimated values are verified using the test results of WOL specimen, and the dynamic control process of SCC propagation in the environment of wet H 2S of different concentrations under normal temperature is discussed.
