摘要
本文报道草鱼(Cteno phar yngodon idellus)骨骼肌中纯化的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶LDH-A_4(E.C.1.1.1.27)的理化性质,并利用A_4的抗体IgG对几种鱼的组织和器官的LDH进行免疫化学分析,利用生化遗传指标鉴定鱼类A4基因产物的表达情况。
This paper is dealt with the purification of LDH (E.G. 1.1.1.27) A4 from the muscle of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) .The physical and chemical properties of the LDH were determined.The corresponsive. antibody IgG was obtained from the rabbits immunized with the purified LDH-A4.The immunochemical reactions occured between the IgG and LDH from the tissues and organs of fishes of several species and,therefore,the properties of LDH-A4 of the fishes are determined.The significance of LDH isozyme as biochemical and genetic marker in fish research is also discussed.
