摘要 目的 评价肾病透析患者的营养状况 ,以制订营养治疗方案。 方法 用体检和生化分析对 10 6例肾病透析患者营养状况进行评价。 结果  83例血透和 2 3例腹透患者 ,分别有5 4.2 %和 47.8%营养不足 ,与三头肌皮褶厚度和BMI的结果均一致。血清三酰甘油酯显著增高 ,Apo a含量升高 ,血清视黄醇结合蛋白偏高 ,血清支链氨基酸和必需氨基酸均降低 ,血磷高于正常。血透组血红蛋白、淋巴细胞明显降低 ,腹透组总蛋白、白蛋白、淋巴细胞均显著降低。 结论 肾病透析患者营养不足较为严重 ,并有高脂血症、低蛋白血症和高磷血症。 Objective To make an ideal nutrition therapy protacol by assessing the nutritional status of dialysis patients. Methods The nutritional status of 83 cases with hemodialysis and 23 cases with peritoneal dialysis were evaluated by the physical examination and the biochemical assay. Results Serious malnutrition was found in 56 of 106 cases. The results of the TSF were 50% lower than that of the control group.The body mass index were accord with the body weight.Serum total cholesterol was normal, and triglyceride and apo-a were higher.The haemoglobin and lymphocyte were lower and the retinol-binding protein were higher in the two groups, however,the total protein and albumin were lower in peritoneal dialysis patients,the branch chain amino acid(BCAA)was lower in all patients. The phenylalanine, proline and glutamic acid were higher.The contents of serum calcium,sodium and potassium were no significant difference between dialysis patients and control group and phosphate was higher. Conclusions The results suggested that malnutrition was serious in dialysis patients.
