芪丹通脉片对急性心肌缺血犬血液流变学及生化指标的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :观察芪丹通脉片对实验性急性心肌缺血状态下犬血液流变学指标、血浆内皮素 (ET)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)的影响。方法 :采用结扎冠脉 ,造成犬心血瘀阻 (急性心肌缺血 )模型 ,测定冠脉结扎 15min(药前 )及药后不同实验时间点全血高切 (ηbh)、低切粘度 (ηbl)、血浆粘度 (ηp) ,ET,CK,L DH的含量。结果 :与对照组相比 ,芪丹通脉片显著降低ηbh,ηbl,ηp(P<0 .0 1) ,CK ,ET,L DH。结论 :该药对急性心肌缺血有保护作用。 AIM: To study the effect of qidan tongmai tablet on hemorrheology and serum creatine phosphokinase (CK), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and endothelin(ET) in acute myocardial ischemia canine. METHODS: The coronary artery ligation was employed to establish the acute myocardial ischemia model with canine as subject. Coronary sinus cannula was inserted through the external jugular vein and qidan tongmai talbet was duodenally perfused. Experimental indexes were measured before and after ligation. RESULTS: The hemorrheological parameters,including ηbh,ηbl,ηp and serum CK,LDH and ET increased significantly in acute myocardial ischemia canine. In comparison with control, qidan tongmai tablet reduced the increased ηbh,ηbl,ηp obviously ( P <0.05~ P <0.01),it also reduced the CK activity( P <0.05)( P <0.01 vs pre treatment) and LDH as well as ET( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: qidan tongmai tablet can lower the blood viscosity,reduce ET and CK in acute myocardial ischemia .It is valuable in prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
