摘要
目的 探讨褪黑素 (MT)对吗啡戒断小鼠血液中黄体生成素 (LH)、卵泡刺激素 (FSH)和睾酮(T)的影响。方法 皮下注射定量吗啡建立吗啡依赖小鼠动物模型 ,实验分为对照组、吗啡依赖组、吗啡戒断组和吗啡戒断后MT灌胃组 ,应用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定各组小鼠血液中FSH、LH及T的含量 ,观察吗啡戒断小鼠用褪黑素灌胃后其血液中FSH、LH、T的变化。结果 吗啡成瘾组FSH、LH及T值低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;吗啡戒断组FSH、LH及T值高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;吗啡戒断后给MT组FSH、LH值低于戒断组和对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而T值低于戒断组 (P <0 .0 1)接近对照组 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 MT可抑制吗啡戒断小鼠FSH、LH及T的分泌。
Objective To research the effect of melatonin (MT) on the blood follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) of the morphine withdrawal group mice. Methods A model of physical dependent in mice was established by subcutaneous injection of morphine. The 32 experimental mice was divided into four groups, normal group, morphine dependent group, morphine withdrawal group and MT group. The contents of the blood FSH, LH and T in every group mice, to observe the changes of the blood FSH, LH and T of the morphine withdrawal mice after were determined by the radioimmumoassoy melatonin ig. Results The contents of the blood FSH, LH and T in addiction group mice was lower than the normal group while the morphine withdrawal group mice was higher than the normal group, the blood FSH, LH of the MT group was lower than the withdrawal group and the normal group, while the blood T was lower than the withdrawal group and was close to the normal group. Conclusion MT can restrain the excreting of the blood FSH, LH and T of the morphine withdrawal group mice.
