绿光光照诱导大鼠脑血栓模型后脑组织病理与行为学改变的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的为了评价自制绿光冷光源建立大鼠脑血栓模型的可靠性。方法采用光化学法制备大鼠大脑中动脉血栓模型,通过观察神经行为学、脑组织光镜及电镜病理等指标的改变评价该模型。结果模型组造模清醒后出现神经行为学改变, TTC染色脑冠状切面出现明显的梗死灶, HE染色及透射电镜可见神经元细胞呈不同程度的缺血性改变。结论在此冷光源条件下,建立的大鼠大脑中动脉血栓模型稳定可靠,其神经行为学、脑组织病理上接近临床。 Objective To estimate reliability of thrombus induced in rats middle cerebral artery(MCA)by 530nm green source.Method Using photochemical and cold green light behavior,pathology under LM and EM were observed.Result Model group showed neurological behavioral disorders following model establishment.TTC staining showed infarction in coronal section of brain.Conclusion Under the green light source thrombus model of MCA obtained were reliable and steady.It is similar to the progress and character of the human disease.
