摘要
应用高速逆流色谱法从芦荟生药中一次性分离得到芦荟甙 (纯度 99.99% )和芦荟大黄素 (纯度 95 .83% ) ,分别达到定量和鉴别用化学对照品要求。
The isolation and purification of aloin and aloe emodin from aloe crude extract by HSCCC were described. The purities of aloin and aloe emodin were analyzed by HPLC, MS, IR and UV. The results showed that the purities of aloin and aloe emodin were 99.99% and 95.83%, respectively. They can be used as a reference standard.
