摘要 本文简述了HSCCC近年来在天然产物有效成分分离方面的应用,介绍了双向逆流色谱、正交轴逆流色谱、pH-区带精制逆流色谱和HSCCC与MS联用技术。 The paper reviews the applications of High-speed Countercurrent Chromatography （HSCCC） in the separation of natural products. The new Countercurrent Chromatography（CCC） technologies such as dual countercurrent chromatography（ DuCCC）, crossaxis coil planet centrifuge（X-axis CPC）, pH-zone-refining CCC and HSCCC coupled with MS are introduced.
