摘要
为尝试体外培养角膜上皮组织移植的方法 ,以治疗角膜表层疾患 ,我们以脱水保存的同种或异种浅层角膜基质片作为载体 ,通过体外培养同基因角膜缘上皮细胞 ,使其在体外形成近乎生理状态下的角膜上皮组织 ,再将其移植于损伤的角膜上。实验结果证实体外培养的角膜上皮组织与生理状态下的角膜上皮组织相近 ,动物移植透明愈合 。
To reconstruct corneal surface for chemical injuries of the eyes of corneal epithelial disorders,a new method of cultured corneal epithelium transplantation was attempted.Methods:Approximate selfcornea epithelium which was formed in vitro by culturing autologous limbal cells on the upper parts of corneal stroma(including allostroma)which were preserved in glycerine,was transplant to the injured cornea in rabbits.Results:The cultured corneal epithelium in vitro was proved to resembles an inborn epithelium in histological structure,ultrastructure and immunohistochemical behavior,and it survived the transplantation.Conclusion:The grafts of cultured corneal epithelium transparently survived the transplantation,and there wasns any immune rejections after transplantation.Thus,the method of cultured corneal epithelium transplantation was feasible to reconstruct corneal surface in animal experimentation.
