摘要
人表皮生长因子是细胞生长因子之一。应用本室自制的人表皮生长因子加入培养的兔角膜上皮细胞中，观察对角膜上皮细胞生长的影响。结果表明：加入人表皮生长因子的实验组比未加人表皮生长因子的对照组的上皮细胞数目明显增加。本文提出了快速、简单、大量培养上皮细胞的新方法。

cells( RCEC)were cultivated with human epidermal growth
factor(hEGF)by tissue culture technique,hEGF was isolated in our
laboratory. The results showed hEGFaccelerated the growth of
RCEC,This study provides a rapid simple method for the cultivation of
RCECin large quantity.
