摘要
目的 进一步观察猪囊虫病基因工程疫苗的安全性和免疫效力。方法 在猪囊虫病高发区 ,采用该疫苗的 4批中试产品免疫 2~ 3月龄仔猪 2 0 6 81头 ,观察试验猪对疫苗的局部反应和全身反应 ,以考核疫苗的安全性 ;12~ 15个月后对试验猪进行宰后检验 ,观察囊虫寄生状况以考核疫苗的免疫效力。结果 0 .0 96 %的试验猪有轻微的局部反应 ,0 .84%试验猪于免疫接种后出现减食或停食 1~ 3次 ;宰后检验共有 42头猪检出囊虫 ,检出率为 0 .2 1%。同期检验未免疫猪头 ,有 2 80头猪检出囊虫 ,检出率为 5 .4%。结论 猪囊虫病基因工程疫苗的安全性良好 ,免疫效力高 。
Aim To make further observation on the stability and immune effects of the genetic engineering vaccine against swine cysticercosis.Methods In an endemic area of swine cysticercosis,20681 piglets aged 2 to 3 months were immunized with 4 batch number of the trial-production of the vaccine.The part and whole reaction of the piglets to the vaccine were observed for examining the stability of the vaccine ,and cysticerci were inspected after 12 to 15 months for checking the immune effect of the vaccine.Results 0.096% of the immunized pigs had light part reaction,0.84% pigs had a poor appetite for one to three times.The cysticerci were examined in 42 of the immunized pigs,the inspection rate was 0.21%.In contrast,the cysticerci were inspected in 280 of the non-immunized pigs,the inspection rate was 5.4%.Conclusion The genetic engineering vaccine against swine cysticercosis was stable and high effective,and it was deserved to further application and dissemination.
