摘要
分子标记是近些年来发展起来的一种分子生物学技术 ,利用各种分子标记可以构建水稻高密度的分子遗传图谱 ,并进行基因定位和克隆。
Molecular mark is a molecular biological technique which has been developed in recent years.All kinds of molecular marks are used to construct molecular genetic atlas with high density and to localize and clone genes.This article summarized several molecular markers in common use and theirs applications of researching on rice genes.
