摘要
综述了近年来国内外将分子标记技术应用于柱花草理论和生产中的研究进展,其中包括分子遗传图谱的构建、遗传多样性与种质鉴定、分子标记辅助选择、基因克隆等在柱花草上的应用研究进展,以及目前所存在的问题和将来的发展方向。
The application of molecular techniques in theory and production of Stylosanthes in recent years at home and abroad were reviewed, including advances in molecular genetic map construction, genetic diversity and germplasm identification, molecular marker assistant selection and gene cloning, the existing problems and development direction in the future were also discussed.
