吡喃酮类衍生物对水稻的杀雄作用与活性氧代谢的关系 被引量:7

The Castrating Effect of Pyrone-type Derivative on Rice (Oryza sativa L.) in Relation to the Metabolism of Active Oxygen

摘要 在幼穗发育的雌雄蕊形成期用化学杀雄剂Ⅲ号(一种吡喃酮类衍生物 ) 30mg/m2 处理籼稻HX 3和粳稻镇稻 88后 ,其幼穗、颖花和花药中的活性氧产生速率和丙二醛 (MDA)积累高于对照 ,而过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶 (ASA POD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性则低于对照。在处理后第 5天 ,与对照相比 ,幼穗中H2 O2 、O- ·2 、MDA含量明显增高 ,而相关的抗氧化酶活性下降。至处理后第 15天 ,花药中H2 O2 、O- ·2 、MDA含量均比对照增加约 1.5倍以上 ,同时POD、ASA POD、SOD活性比对照下降一半以上。化学杀雄剂III号处理水稻导致雄性不育的发生 ,可能与幼穗、颖花和花药中较高的活性氧积累和膜脂过氧化加剧 。 Biochemical analyses were made on young panicle, spikelet and anthers at various developmental stages of rice ( Oryza sativa L. ssp.) cv. Zhendao 88 ( japonica ) and HX 3 ( indica ) after treatment with male sterilant Ⅲ(MSⅢ). The results showed that the H 2O 2 (Fig.5) and malondialdehyde (MDA, Fig.7) contents and the production rate of active oxygen (O -· 2 , Fig.6 ) in young panicle, spikelet or anthers increased but the activities of peroxidase (POD, Fig.1), ascorbate peroxidase(ASA POD,Fig.2),catalase(CAT,Fig.3), superoxide dismutase (SOD, Fig.4) decreased after rice plants were sprayed with MSⅢ at the stamen and pistil primordia formation stage. On the fifth day after treatment, the H 2O 2 and MDA contents and the production rate of O -· 2 in treated young panicle of Zhendao88 and HX 3 were higher than those of the control (Figs.5~7) and the enzyme activities of POD, ASA POD, CAT and SOD in the treated organs were lower (Figs.1~4 ). The differences became larger with the development of young panicle. On the fifteenth day after treatment, the H 2O 2 and MDA contents and the production rate of O -· 2 in anthers increased markedly to over 150% of the control and the corresponding enzyme activities decreased to less than 50%. These results indicated that the application of MSⅢ may result in the accumulation of active oxygen and hence elevate the lipid peroxidation in rice plant, which may cause rice male sterility.
