摘要
重点研究了RPVC低密度自由发泡板材配方中主要组分对挤出过程物料流变行为和发泡性能的影响 ,以 5 0 0kg/m3 的发泡板材为例 ,设定、筛选出其生产配方 :PVC树脂 (聚合度 80 0 ) 10 0份 ;ADC发泡剂0 .5份 ;Pb类稳定剂 2 .5～ 4.0份 ;高分子改性剂 6～ 10份 ;润滑剂 1～ 2份 ;成核剂 10～ 15份 ;消黄剂少许。简述了生产工艺流程和对加工温度、机头压力。
Effects of main ingredients in extruded plate with low density from free foamed RPVC on the rheological property and foam property of material during extrusion process are studied emphatically.For example,composition of extruded plate with density of 500 kg/m 3 from free foamed RPVC are obtained,which contain PVC resin (d.p.800) 100,ADC foaming agent 0.5, Pb stabilizer 2.5～4.0,polymeric modifier 6～10,lubricant 1～2,nucleator 10～15 parts and some antiyellowing agent.Production process are introduced briefly as well as process conditions,such as processing temperature,pressure of extrusion head and screw rotating rate,etc.
