摘要
研究了在挤出发泡配方中高分子改性剂 (ACR)对PVC混合物塑化性能、流动性能、泡孔结构及制品物理机械性能的影响。结果表明 :随ACR用量的增加 ,混合物的塑化时间、体系的流动性下降 ;而外观质量、熔融扭矩、平衡扭矩和制品的冲击性能、断裂伸长率大大的提高。通过实验研制出密度为 0 45g/cm3 ,泡孔直径为 16μm的RPVC低发泡板材。
The effect of polymeric modifier ACR on the plasticizaton,fluidity,foam structure and physical and mechanical properties of products of blends was studied. The results showed that with the increase of ACR contents,the plasticization time of the blends shortened and the fluidity of the system decreased,while the facial quality,melting torque,balance torque,impact properties and elongation at break of the products were greatly improved. Low-foamed RPVC extruded products with density of 0.45g/cm 3 and cell diameter of 16μm were developed.
