摘要
采用自行设计安装的放气量测量装置和差示扫描量热仪对发泡剂AC、Exocerol232和CCF进行分解动力学和热力学性能测试,研究了泡孔调节剂K-400、ZB-530对R-PVC基本配方体系塑化性能的影响。利用Brabender挤出机对微发泡R-PVC挤出专用料的配方进行了优选。
The decomposing dynamic and theimodynamic properties of blowing agents AC, Exocerol 232 and CCF were tested with the device designed and installed by ourselves to measure the volume of gas giving out by blowing agents and the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) . The effects of processing agents K-400 and ZB-530 on the plasticating properties of R-PVC were investigated. The formula of good mixing materials for microcellular R-PVC extrusion was selected.
