摘要
目的 探索动物实验中DSA图像的影响因素及处理措施。材料与方法 分析 10 0只次大白兔肾动脉、2 5头次小猪肝动脉栓塞前后的DSA图像。结果 大白兔肾动脉图像中 ,优者 75只次 ,占 75 % ;良者 2 0只次 ,占 2 0 % ;差者 5只次 ,占 5 %。小猪肝动脉图像中 ,优者 18头次 ,占 70 % ;良者 4头次 ,占 16% ;差者 3头次 ,占 12 %。结论 动物术前准备、术中呼吸运动的控制、对比剂的适当应用、滤过材料的选择、术后图像的后处理等对保证动物实验中的DSA图像质量具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the factors affecting the DSA image quality in animal experiments.Materials and Methods DSA image quality of 100 renal arteriograms in big white rabbits and 25 hepatic arteriograms (both pre and post hepatic arterial embolization) in pigs were analyzed.Results Of 100 renal arteriograms, image quality was judged as fine in 75 (75%), good in 20 (20%) and poor in 5 (5%). Of 25 hepatic ateriograms, image quality was judged as fine in 18 (72%), good in 4 (16%) and poor in 3 (12%)..Conclusion The key points to assure DSA image quality in animal experiments are ample preparations, effective breath control, proper anesthesia and excellent postprocessing of the acquired data.
