摘要
本文对美、韩两国在技术转移史中所形成的对外“技术 -文化”观及其对技术转移的影响进行了评述 ,并对中国的对外“技术 -文化”观提出了自己的看法。
First of all, a new concept of tech-culture is proposed in this article and its main contents are then discussed in detail. The foreign relations of tech-culture between the US and ROK are probed in a comparative study on their different courses in tech-culture history. In the same time, the two's influences on technology transfer are discussed respectively.
