摘要
本文通过对技术转移与文化摩擦问题的研究 ,提出了自己的解决对策。作者认为 ,根据“技术 -文化”的普遍性与特殊性关系的基本原理 ,在实施技术转移的过程中 ,必须同时实施文化变革和技术民族化 ,这是在技术转移中解决文化摩擦问题的实践途径。其中 ,前者是后者的前提 ,后者是振兴中国民族工业的有利保障。作者结合中日两国技术转移的历程对此进行了论述。
A solution to technology transfer and culture friction was given in this article The author thanked that according to the basic principle of universality and pertinacity of Techno-culture,during the process of implementing technology transfer,culture change and nationality of technology must be fraught into effect simultaneously,which was the practice approach of solution to the prerequisite of the latter;the latter was the powerful safeguard of developing Chinese national industry;The author argued this question in combination with the history of technology transfer of China and Japan.
