摘要
对159名飞行人员进行经皮氧分压(TcPO_2)测定,结果显示,测定TcPO_2无机种差异,飞行时间>1000h者TcPO_2值低于飞行时间<1000h者。体表面积大者TcPO_2值偏低,吸烟组低于不吸烟组。测定30名健康歼击机飞行人员吸氧后TcPO_2平均值与时间关系的曲线回归方程,作为我国健康飞行人员吸氧后TcPO_2正常预计值。
Transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure (TcP O2) was measured in 159 pilots in this investigation.The result showed that there were no difference with change of aircrafts.Howerer,values of TcPO2 in pilots with total flying time over 1000 hours were lower than those whose flying time was less than 1000 hours.It suggested that there be lowering of lung function harm with longer flying time.The peak values of TcPO2 after oxgen inhalation in pilots with BSA≥1.70m2 was lower than those with BSA <1.70m2.It suggested that short and rhin persons be more suitable to flying.In this investigation,it was showed that smoking is a harmful for pilots as smoking pilots had a lower TcPO2 than in non-smoking pilots group before and after oxygen inhalation.The regression equation of correlation between mean value of TcPO2 and time of oxygen inhalation was calculated,with r=0.970 (P<0.01) illustrating good correlation between them.It can be used to predict values of TcPO2 after oxygen inhalaton in healthy pilots of our country.
