摘要
目的 探讨TcPO2 、TcPCO2 、SPO2 在危重症新生儿临床上的监测作用。方法 对 30例危重症新生儿进行TcPO2 、TcPCO2 、SPO2 监测 ,同时经桡动脉取血进行血气分析 ,测得PaO2 、PaCO2 和PaSO2 。分别对TcPO2 与PaO2 之间 ,TcPCO2 与PaCO2 ,SPO2 与PaSO2 进行线性相关分析。结果 TcPO2 与PaO2 之间 ,TcPCO2 与PaCO2 之间 ,SPO2 与PaSO2 之间均存在线性相关关系。结论 TcPO2 、TcPCO2 和SPO2 监测作为一种无创手段 ,分别与PaO2 、PaCO2 和PaSO2 具有良好的相关性 。
Objective\ To investigate the monitoring function of T cPO 2?T cPCO 2 and SPO 2 in critically ill neonates Methods\ T cPO 2?T cPCO 2 and SPO 2 values were recorded in thirty critically ill neonates Simultaneous measurements of P aO 2?P aCO 2,and P aSO 2 were obtained with arterial blood Linear correlation analyses were applied between T cPO 2 and P aO 2,T cPCO 2 and P aCO 2,SPO 2 and P aSO 2 respectively Results\ The T cPO 2 corresponds to P aO 2(=0 2072+0 9744x,r=0 9678, P <0 001) While T cPCO 2 correlates with P aCO 2 moderately(=2 4402+0 3726x,r=0 7739, P <0 001) SPO 2 corresponds to P aSO 2 too(=0 3050+0 9201x,r=0 9833, P <0 001) Conclusion\ As a non invasive method,T cPO 2?T cPCO 2 and SPO 2 monitoring has good correlations with P aO 2?P aCO 2,and P aSO 2,thus it should be a good way to monitor critically ill neonates
