摘要
采用自由基溶液聚合方法制备甲基丙烯酸 ( MAA)和 poloxamer的共聚物水凝胶 ,研究药物在此水凝胶中的扩散行为 .由于 MAA与 poloxamer中乙氧基 ( EO)的氢键络合作用 ,水凝胶的溶胀和水凝胶中药物的扩散具有 p H敏感性 ,络合状态水凝胶 ( p H为 4 .0 )中氢溴酸右美沙芬和维生素 B12 的扩散系数在 1 0 -11~1 0 -8cm2 /s之间 ,溶胀状态时 ( p H为 7.0 )为 1 0 -7~ 1 0 -6cm2 /s.EO与 MAA的摩尔比是影响水凝胶平衡溶胀和药物在水凝胶中的分配与扩散性质的重要因素 .
The pH sensitive hydrogel networks comprising of MAA and poloxamer were synthesized by free radical solution polymerization. The gels exhibit pH dependant solute diffusivity due to the formation or disruption of hydrogen bondings between MAA and EO unit in poloxamer molecules. The values of diffusion coefficients of dextromethorphan(DMP) and vitamin(Vb 12 ) were found in range from 10 -7 to 10 -6 cm 2/s in uncomplexed hydrogels(pH 7 0) and from 10 -11 to 10 -8 cm 2/s in complexed hydrogels(pH 4 0),respectively. Solute diffusivity decreased as solute size increased. The mole ratio of EO unit to MAA unit is the main factor that affects equilibrium swelling, solute partition and permeability characteristics of these hydrogels.
