摘要
利用辐射法由PEO(聚氧化乙烯)/PVA(聚乙烯醇)混合液制备了PEO/PVA水凝胶。研究了辐照剂量和混合液浓度及配比对凝胶剪切模量和溶胀率的影响。结果表明,增加辐照剂量,各种配比的凝胶的剪切模量均有不同程度的提高,但同时凝胶的溶胀率下降。提高混合液的浓度也可增加凝胶的剪切模量和降低凝胶的溶胀率。在相同的辐照剂量和相同的混合浓浓度下,PVA比例越高,所得复合凝胶的剪切模量越高,而溶胀率就越小。因此,通过在PEO中加人PVA的方法是提高PEO凝胶强度的一个有效方法。
Polyethylene oxide/Polyviny1 alcoho1 composite bydrogels were prepared by 60Co γ-- radiation from PEO and PVA solution mixtures. The effect of radiation on the shear modulus and swelling degree was studied. The results show that the shear moduli of the composite hydrogels increase with the increase of radiation dose, but the swelling degree decrease with the increase of radiation dose. Also,composite hydrogels with high shear modulus and low swelling degree can be obtained from high concentration mixtures. The experiment result also shows that under certain radiation dose and certain concentration of mixture composite bydrogel with higher PVA ratio has higher shear modulus and lower swelling degree.
