摘要
本文用常规微电捉技术研究了小檗胺对人离体心房梳状肌自发性节律的影响。小檗胺可降低人心房梳状肌的自发性节律和4相除极斜率。其作用机制与维拉帕米相似,可能与抗钙有关。
Standard microelectrode techniques were used to study the effect of berbamine on right atrial pectinate. BA decreased spontaneous rate and slope of phase 4 depolarization and action potential amplitude. The effect of BA on human atrial peetinate may be related to calcium antagonistic effect.
