摘要
本实验观察了川芎嗪（TMP）对离体豚鼠心房的作用特点，结果表明：TMP0．1～1mmol／L使右心房自律性和左心房的收缩幅度增高；3mmol／L则使右心房自律性、左、右心房收缩幅度和左心房兴奋性降低，功能不应期略延长。TMP抑制心肌收缩的作用被钾通道阻滞剂四丁胶（1m－mol／L）明显对抗。
The cardiac effects of Tetramethylpyrazine (TMPR) were studied in iso-lated guinea pig atruim. The lower concentration of TMPR (0. 1-1mmol/L) in-creaseed the automaticity of right atrium and the contractile amplitude of left atri-um. But, the high concentration of TMPR (3 mmol/L) reduced the automaticity of right.atrium, the excitability and contractile amplitude of left atrium, and extended the functional refractory period of left atrium. The effect of TMPR deprssing my-ocardial contractibility was antagonized by K + channel blocker tetrabutylammonium (TBA).
