摘要
本文是对犬肝进行不灌洗低温保存(25℃、15℃)的系列研究之一。采用临床少用的组织化学方法对反映肝脏物质代谢功能的肝糖原进行动态观察,发现25℃离体保存不灌洗犬肝3小时变化轻微、功能良好;而15℃保存可延长到4小时,证明适当的低温能够使保存效果更好。
The functional changes of the unperfused canine livers under hypothermia preservation were studied with histochemistry method. The glucogen of the liver specimen was stained and observed in different temperature and different preservation periods. The results showed that the liver function was mildy damaged under 25℃ for 3 hours and 15℃ for 4 hours. The proper hypohermia was beneficial to the preservation.
