摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,以笨胺为内标物,水为吸收液,测定室内空气中尼古丁的含量。方法最低检出限为4.2×10^(-9)g,加标回收率为94.5±0.12%～103.2±0.22%。
Ueing water as adsorption, we have determined nicotine in environmental tobacco Smoke by gas chromatography with aniline in(?)al standard. The minimum detectable quantity is 4.2×10^(-3)g,The recovery of nicotine was respectively 94.5±0.12% and 103.2±0.22%.
