摘要
目的 采用气相色谱法测定盐酸金刚乙胺口服液的含量。方法 采用HP 1石英毛细管柱 (相当于SE 30 ) ,以盐酸金刚烷胺为内标物 ,程序升温 :初始温度 130℃ ,保持 5min ,以 6℃·min-1升至 2 0 0℃ ,保持 5min。汽化室温度 :2 5 0℃ ;FID检测器温度 :2 5 0℃ ;载气 :氮气。结果 盐酸金刚乙胺线性范围为 0 .2~ 1.6mg·mL-1(r =1.0 0 0 ) ;平均回收率为 99.1% (RSD =0 .8% ;n =9)。结论 本法准确、简便 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for the determination of rimantadine hydrochloride oral solution. METHOD Using HP-1 quartz capillary column (equivalent to SE-30).The internal standard was amantadine hydrochloride.Column temperature:Initial temperature was kept at 130℃ for 5min , then raised to 200℃ at the rate of 6℃·min^(-1) and kept for 5min. Injector tempertures was 250℃. The flame ionization detector(FID) was used and detector temperture was 250℃. The carrier gas was nitrogen.RESULTS The linear range was from 0.2 to 1.6mg·mL^(-1) (r=1.000).The average recovery was 99.1% (RSD%=0.8%;n=9).CONCLUSION This method is simple , accurate and suitable for the determination of rimantadine hydrochloride oral solution.
