摘要
采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法 ,以恩诺沙星为内标物 ,测定鸡各组织中环丙沙星的残留。结果表明 :环丙沙星在鸡各组织中的平均回收率均在 73%以上 ,日内、日间RSD分别低于 8.40 %和 13.0 0 % (n =5 ) ,环丙沙星在 0 .0 2 5～5 .0mg/kg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9997,n =7) ,最低检测限为 0 .0 0 3mg/kg 。
A method for the determination of ciprofloxacin in chicken tissues by HPLC was studied. The internal standard is enrofloxacin. The average recovery of ciprofloxacin in various chicken tissues was more than 73%. The within-day RSD and between-day RSD were less than 8.45% and 13.00%, respectively. Ciprofloxacin concentration between 0.025～5.0mg/kg had a good linear coefficient relation (r=0.9997,n=7). The minimal detectable limit was 0.003mg/kg. The method can meet the demand of residue determination of ciprofloxacin in various chicken tissues.
