摘要
本文实现了用相电压补偿式方向元件反应三相短路及非全相状态下的两相接地,因而使该方向元件能够反应系统全相及非全相状态下的各种故障,成为高压和超高压输电线路载波保护中性能完善的方向元件。
In the paper,it has been worked out that the phase compensated directional relay can operate reliably in the case of 3phase fault and two phase to ground fault in 2-phase work condition. Thus the relay can operate on a]1 faults in 3-phase and 2-phase work conditions and can be taken as a main unit in the carrier protection of HV and EHV transmission lines.
