摘要
本文讨论了微孔自动化测量装置的原理与结构。电接触探针在微机控制下,在X方向找中心,在Y方向进行孔径测量。该系统不仅能实现测量过程自动化和测量结果自动显示,而且能自动消除测量工作台丝杠螺母反向间隙对测量精度的影响。
A microcomputer controlled pinhole measurement system is discussed in the paper. Microcomputer controlled electro-contact touch needle is used to find center of the hole in X orientation and measure diameter in Y orientation. The system is not only capable of measuring and displying automatically, but also eliminating the screw-nut gaps arised in reversing.
